About Me

With a passion for creating immersive gaming experiences and memorable characters, I have honed my skills in both 2D and 3D character creation, through years of experience in various advertising agencies and game studios. My creative vision and attention to detail have been integral in shaping my career allowing me to progress into art direction while at the same time maintaining strong connections with our development teams.

I'm currently working as an Associate Art Director, within Metaverse, UGC, Avatar Creator, 3D Asset Pipelines. I have excellent communication and leadership skills within the studio and working remotely. My daily responsibilities primarily involve art direction, new pipeline research & implementation, tool development, maintaining art styles and reviewing quality of final assets. I'm also responsible for internal documentation, training and mentoring of art teams. I have excellent communication & conceptual skills which cross-over departments; effective problem solver working with wider technical and development teams. Experienced in asset management and working with outsource teams.

In addition to traditional art techniques, I also work researching and implementing new technologies such as AI image generation and have been responsible for  integrating these technologies into existing our current 2D and 3D pipelines. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the intersection between art and technology, and has allowed me to create more innovative and efficient workflows.  Embracing new technologies and sharing these techniques with colleagues and the wider art community is very rewarding and one of the best ways to constantly improve.
